72 | Inspection and maintenance

▶ With the cleaning blade, clean the heat exchanger block from the

bottom to the top.

▶ Clean the heat exchanger block with the brush from top to bottom.

▶ Remove burner ( Chapter 15.1.5 "Burner servicing").

▶ Rinse the heat exchanger with water from the top.

▶ Clean the condensate tray (with reversed brush).

▶ Rinse the heat exchanger with water from the top.

▶ Clean the condensate trap connection.

▶ Close the inspection opening again using a new gasket and tighten the

screws with approx. 3.69 ft.-lbf. (5 Nm).
