17 Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshoot-

ing information before contacting after-sales service. This will avoid unneces-
sary costs.

Improper repairs are dangerous.
Repairs to the appliance should only be carried out by trained specialist

Only use genuine spare parts when repairing the appliance.

If the power cord or the appliance power cable of this appliance is damaged,

it must be replaced with a special power cord or special appliance power
cable, which is available from the manufacturer or its Customer Service.

Cause and troubleshooting
Automatic door opening is not activated.
Activate the automatic door opening.

Door is not correctly adjusted.
Adjust the appliance door as described in the in-

stallation instructions.
The door gap must be at least 70 mm to 120 mm.
Appliance door and door seal are soiled.
Clean the appliance door and door seal with a

damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
Wrong screws used to adjust the door gap.
Use size 4X30 bolts to adjust the door gap.

The bolts are included in the scope of supply.
If you use bolts that are too long, this can deactiv-
ate the function of automatic door opening.
The safety device switches off automatic door open-
ing.
