When connecting the pressure sensors to the

control electronics, make sure to comply with the
channel assignments (injector A to channel A, etc.).

1. Connect connecting cable B31 to the pressure sensor
of channel A.
2. Connect connecting cable B32 to the pressure sensor
of channel B.
3. Connect connecting cable B33 to the pressure sensor
of channel C.
4. Connect connecting cable B34 to the pressure sensor
of channel D.
Pressure sensors are connected.

Switching on
WARNING – risk of injury from escaping
test oil or ejected parts!
If the hydraulic connection for the test
equipment and the unit to be tested has
not been made properly, test oil may es-
cape under high pressure or parts of the
test equipment may burst on starting the
test. This may cause injury or damage to
property.
Before switching the system on, make

sure all hose assemblies on the test
equipment and the unit to be tested are
properly connected.
Do not open the protective door until
c
the DCI drive motor has stopped.
Replace any leaky or defective hose
c
assemblies.
