Keep in mind that the quantity, thickness, and location of walls, ceilings, or other objects that the wireless signals must pass through may limit the range of the wireless signal.

    DHCP The DWR-922 has a built-in DHCP (Dynamic Host Control Protocol) server. The DHCP server assigns IP addresses to devices on the network that request them. By default, the DHCP Server is enabled on the device. The DHCP address pool contains a range of IP addresses, which are automatically assigned to the clients on the network.

    Some applications require multiple connections, such as Internet gaming, video conferencing, and Internet telephony. These applications may have difficulty working through NAT (Network Address Translation). Applications allows some of these applications to work with the DWR-922 by opening ports after detecting traffic being sent through a trigger port.
