How to solve
–
Wait until fully booted, this takes
about 30 seconds.
–
Make sure at least one of the
network connectors at the Dante
side has a link indication.
–
Connect the OMNEO side to an
Ethernet network. The Ethernet
connector must show the link
indication.
–
If there are multiple Dante
gateway's in the same OMNEO
network, make sure the Dante
side of these gateways is also in the
TM
same Dante
network.
–
Make sure there is no network
connection between the Dante
and the OMNEO side. This is never
allowed.
–
If there is only a single Dante
gateway, use the Dante controller
to set the Dante gateway as
preferred clock master.
–
If these tips do not solve the
problem, the device is broken and
needs to be exchanged.

Disable the Identify function (e.g.
via Docent). Rebooting the device
will also cancel this function.
